The main target are 12-year-old girls in a vulnerable state. Our foundation is committed to assist them to have access to their cultural identity, and to provide them with the resources they need to reach their full potential.
The girls will be provided with basic needs such as a roof over their head, food, clothing, attendance to school with other children, plus they will receive psychological attention with the use of the Personal Integrative Intervention Model (Modelo de Intervención Integrativo Personalista), supervised by Dr. Rosa Zapién from Universidad Anáhuac (México city).
The main goal is to help them understand and achieve their full potential.
The Foundation Amada Soledad is launching a program based on the Personal model, which will be used to provide the girls with quality education while fostering youth leadership and promoting civic engagement. Foundation Amada Soledad will be implementing this model for their education and integration programs at the Hope house where they will live.
Foundation Amada Soledad will be creating safe spaces within the home and provide the psychological support they need. Our personnel will be trained to best impart the education curriculum and program intended to address the psycho-social needs of the children. These classes will add a level of integration that allows marginalization to be minimized. The grant will help in getting the trainers the education necessary to achieve the mentioned goals.
